faith & foam rolling– whether you're wanting to know more about Christianity, a new believer or already running the faith marathon; this bible study breaks open the bible so we can relate, build a relationship with god and apply what the good news say's to everyday life, whilst foam rolling (which is self massage, injury prevention and rehabilitation)

f3unite (faith, fellowship & fitness) – connecting churches together in Worcestershire, by building up the body of Christ with the focus to "honour the bodies that we have been given"
- 1 Corinthians 6:20 (NIV) says; "you were bought at a price. Therefore honour God with your bodies"
(workshop can be an hour or done over a day)
Breath, stretch & pray – An alternative to yoga or tai-chi. our lives are so hectic today that we struggle to bring ourselves to a point of peaceful prayer. bsp brings together;
"mindful breathing // prayerful movement"
(60 minutes, this can also be booked for church events)
